Isla's Director Message

" It's this community spirit that I really love about Isla, because

it's quite a small school. No problem is too small for Amanda, Dieter

, Rosana or Sara, I felt just like part of one big family. " Iryna

Directors' message... from Amanda & Dieter

amanda - director
Love our job as we do, holidays are, well, holidays. Day-dreaming about destination. Getting a good deal on the flight. And choosing where to stay surfing websites, reading reviews, and inspecting photos, nose to the screen. If you have a friend that has already been and fallen for a place, that's wonderful. And saves you a little agonizing.

You make your pick, pack your flip flops (and dictionary in this case!) and off you go.

Being part of the organization of your holiday is a privilege and a responsibility. It is so important that everything turns out like you hope.

Salamanca is hugely helpful in this respect as it surpasses almost everyone's expectations. We want you to feel the same way about ISLA.

To do this, we hope to build a true picture of what we do by keeping it real on the website and giving honest answers to your email questions.

And we strive to make ISLA zing.

A language school encompasses lots of different players: teachers, families, office team, guides and many other people in the supporting cast. For the whole thing to sing along, each person has to dazzle in their own role, value those of others and feel motivation and affection for the project as a whole.

ISLA philosophy is about quality and community. Our pledge to your Spanish experience is as potent as our welcome is warm.
