Salamanca combines an extraordinary amount of attractions as a learning location.

First of all, it is quite beautiful. Recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site. Salamanca is replete with churches, palaces and not one, but two cathedrals. The Plaza Mayor is simply spectacular - the ideal place to linger over a coffee or a “caña” (small beer).

As Salamanca is a relatively small city, you can walk practically everywhere. In fact, much of the city is given over to pedestrians.
