DATES AND PRICES. Payment
It is necessary to pay a deposit of 100 Euros, which you may do by: Bank transfer, Postal order,
Credit card -recomended- (VISA and Mastercard). This amount is DEDUCTIBLE from your course fees.
We accept payment by Bank Transfer, Postal Order, Credit Card (VISA and Mastercard). Please keep a copy of all your bank payments. All bank transfer fees are to be paid by the student. If the bank deducts fees, we reserve the right to charge you this amount when you arrive. Please notify the ISLA booking department of any payments made,
clearly indicating the name of the student.
Last minute bookings (within 2 weeks of the start of the course) should be paid in full at the time of booking and a copy of the transfer receipt or credit card details must be provided with the completed registration
form.
ISLA reserves the right to cancel bookings without refund of the deposit if subsequent payment of the balance is not duly received
according to these conditions.
The course discount for longer periods applies only to stays reserved and paid before the start of the course.
Students on long-term courses (12 weeks or longer) may opt to pay for accommodation on a monthly basis at the start of each month.
Cancellations made prior to arrival will only be accepted in writing (letter, fax, e-mail, telegram).
Should you decide to cancel your course registration and inform us 7 days before the start of the course, you have the right to a return of 50% of your deposit and 100% of the rest of the course payment. After this date you would lose 100% of the deposit. There are no refunds of payment once the course has begun.
We recommend our Cancellation Insurance. The cost of this Insurance is 4% of the total sum of the invoice.
In case of a serious disciplinary offence, repeated bad behaviour or infringement of the Spanish law the student will be expelled from the school and accommodation contracted through ISLA without the right to any refund. Where damage is caused to third parties, all charges to ISLA that originate from the above-mentioned incident will be paid by the student, who will have no right to later claims.
Signature of this contract indicates agreement with the above terms, and those described in the accompanying brochure and Dates and Fees List 2007. It also indicates agreement to signature of the Student Contract, detailing student rights and obligations, on arrival at ISLA, as required by local authorities. By signing this contract, parents of minors agree that processing of their child’s registration is dependent on their soliciting and signing of the Welfare Agreement Form.
These terms are complementarily or subsidiarily regulated by the common civil legislation for the letting of services, and by the rules for consumer rights, in particular Act 82/95 of the Junta de Castilla y Leon, Act 26/84 of defense of consumers and users and Act 13/2005 of defense of consumers and users of academic institutions.
According to the personal data Act 15/1999, we inform you that your personal details will be for ISLA internal use only. Furthermore, you have the right to rectify or cancel them at any moment.
