Salsa Lessons
Bailando salsa, bailando salsa. ISLA's lessons have got off to a flying start with a full 10 students whooping & whirling.
Salsa lessons are weekly, free, and give you a new skill with which to wow your chums in Salamanca's Salsa Club "El Savor", back home or on your future travels to Latin America.
Lessons are appropriate for those who have never done it before and the instructor always makes time to teach those old dog expert salsa dancers new tricks.
In just a one hour lesson you might burn off 420 calories. That's good for an awesome 4 Post salsa beers! You might also be interested to know that regular salsa dancers have a decreased risk of dementia :)
