Registration Process

Booking your course at ISLA.  Step by step.

1) Once you've made your course, accommodation and transfer choices fill out the online registration form.

2) You'll get a copy of the booking form you have filled out via email.

3) Once we have got your booking form we will check you have filled out everything OK and take a pre-look at the availability of your choices. We'll let you know within 24 hours (48 hours weekends) if something doesn't seem right or if there is no availability for anything you have picked at this time. Similarly, if everything looks OK we'll send you a combined confirmation/invoice... and also a welfare agreement if you are a minor.

4) Once you get your confirmation/invoice you can either pay full fees (the total on your bill), or opt to pay just the registration deductible deposit ( deposits are NOT additional to your regular fees, but are deductible on your successful registration ) of 100 Euros*. You can pay by online banking, Paypal, bank transfer, credit card.

5) Your booking is definitively confirmed on receipt of either of these payments. As we require payment to book accommodation and transfers please kindly note that we are not responsible for changes in availability of your
choices between pre-booking and definitive booking.

If you have opted to pay only the registration fee, please note that the balance is due 2 weeks before your arrival.  Please note that failure to pay at the specified times might result in the loss or your booking.

ISLA will let you know when payments have been received.

6) You will receive your accommodation address and a city plan by the latest 2 weeks before the start of your course. ISLA will let your family/flatmates know your approximate time of arrival. If you have booked a transfer we will also send you the tickets and some additional information about the journey.
