Sometimes it is not easy to adapt to a new country, so we really like our
students to feel that they can rely on us for advice, help or a just a chat.
For example, you might need to visit a doctor or go to the pharmacy. If you
like, a member of our team will go with you to help explain.
Perhaps you're not sure how to ask for things in your home-stay or you've
lost the key to your apartment. We will give you a friendly ear.
And remember: there is ALWAYS someone at the end of the emergency line in
case you need them who can speak your language if you need to.
